1) Program Development Associate

The job responsibility will include:

  • Conceptualise, create and develop programs: Events, Workshops, Therapies, performances, sessions, classes of spiritual and artistic nature.
  • Researching and writing the content for the program.
  • Keeping a tab on other similar programs happening and their cost etc.
  • Reviewing the proposals received by teachers and facilitators who want to conduct a program here.
  • Finding suitable teachers and facilitators who can lead a program.
  • Co-ordinating with marketing and enrolment to check how the program is fairing.
  • Co-ordinating and editing the content given by facilitators.
  • Making a post-program analysis.

People who are spiritually or culturally inclined with writing /editing skills in English are the most suitable. Prior experience in creating and managing events is useful.


2) Program Enrolment and Event Management Executive

The job responsibility will include:

  • Registrations/ enrolments for workshops, programs and events.
  • Filling up the programs.
  • Communication with the participants through E-mails, Whatsapp and social media.
  • Making and receiving calls from the participants.
  • Managing the events, workshops, festivals.
  • Counselling participants to help them choose the right program.
  • Relating with prospective participants visiting campus for various programs.
  • Co-ordinating the program with the facilitators, artists etc.

Aspirants who love self exploration and would like to help, connect with people are the most suitable. Good verbal, written English communication skills and moderate Hindi speaking skills is a requirement.


3) Team Leader for Program Enrolment and Event Management Executives

Performing two roles as a Team Leader cum Executive

As a Team Leader:

  • Managing a team of 4-6 executives
  • Training, tasking, prioritizing and reviewing the performance of the executives.
  • Ensuring that the executives are following the process.

As an Executive

  • Registrations/ enrolments for workshops, programs and events.
  • Filling up the programs.
  • Communication with the participants through E-mails, Whatsapp and social media.
  • Making and receiving calls from the participants.
  • Managing the events, workshops, festivals.
  • Counselling participants to help them choose the right program.
  • Relating with prospective participants visiting campus for various programs.
  • Co-ordinating the program with the facilitators, artists etc

4) Sales and Guest Relations Officer

Key functional areas

• Manage incoming queries for reservations and booking from multiple sources

• Interacting with potential clients and converting interest to sales

• Coordination between various facility teams and guests to ensure good customer experience

This position reports directly to the Facilities & Reservations Manager

Skills

• Excellent communication skills to liaise with other teams, clients and guests

• Quick learner and thinker and adaptable to new situations

• A head for figures and industry awareness

• Knowledge of working on Microsoft Office 

• Prior experience in sales and marketing

• 3-5 years of working in hospitality or related industry

• A spiritual bent of mind and prior experience in meditation and healing would be an added advantage


 

5) Community Manager – Social Media 

The role of the Community Manager – Social Media Specialist is to work with the Social Media Marketing Team at Zorba the Buddha in improving our digital and social network engagement and outreach, thereby assisting Zorba the Buddha in bringing happiness to people’s life.

The job responsibilities include:

  • Creating a digital outreach strategy for assigned spiritual and cultural programs
  • Working with the communication and design team for creating attractive visuals
  • Coordinating with enrollment team to check the quality of leads and a source thread
  • Working on SEO for Blog site, social networks such as Linked in, Google ad-words etc.
  • Creating campaigns which depict the essence of the organization and programs
  • Analyzing the data and modifying campaigns accordingly
  • Bringing the cost per conversions within the prescribed limit
  • Making a post marketing analysis of each ad-set

People with the following experience will have an added advantage:

  • Experienced people with good English who can see beauty with regards to creative content are most suitable.
  • 2-4 years of experience
  • Experience with digital and social network promotions or campaigns
  • Demonstrated success with specific campaigns
  • Worked in the hospitality sector and experienced in spiritual and cultural domains

 (People with no experience or fresher’s with digital marketing expertise would be considered for a trainee position)


6) Graphic Designer

Your job responsibilities will include:

  • To create visual communications for marketing and promotions
  • Most of the work will be creating visuals for Facebook, Instagram, website, and digital media
  • Responsible for designing posters, pamphlets, handouts for different events, programs and festivals. Printing the posters and putting up on the various notice boards on the campus or the other centers outside.
  • To manage the archive of photographs and videos
  • To gain approval of designs from the art director, producers, marketing team and facilitators
  • Using photographs and illustrations from free and paid websites
  • Coordinating with the producer and marketing team

People who are spiritually and culturally inclined and can design humorously wacky, bizarre and stunning visuals. Good command of English and knowledge of photography will be a great advantage. 2-3 years’ experience will be useful. Freshers with no experience can apply as trainees.
