ATISHA’s HEART MEDITATION – Turn Sorrow to Bliss

Atisha’s Heart Meditation is a beautiful practice that allows us to let go of our pain and let the divinity flow into our heart. This meditation was brought into the world by Atisha, a great Tibetan Master, who had the privilege of learning from three enlightened Masters.

The heart is a transforming force. Using Atisha’s techniques of Breathwork and Partner Exercises we will connect to the Heart Chakra and let the heart do its magic. The meditation will help us stay fully present with feelings without grasping or resisting what is happening. 

This evening will help us cultivate compassion and the capacity to allow feelings to flow through without them getting stuck. We can use it as a practical tool to stay with an open heart in the midst of any experience in our everyday life.

Facilitator Bio: Ashwin Bharti

Ashwin Bharti became a disciple of Osho in 1977 and is an ambassador of Osho’s vision. From being a successful businessman, he became a philanthropist and started helping himself & others in their spiritual journey. Being a channel for Osho’s energy, Ashwin created Zorba the Buddha, one of the world’s largest open faith spiritual centre and cultural hub. Over the years, he has received transmissions from various teachers in Sufism, Tantra, Zen, Shamanism, Pulsing, Osho therapies & meditations, bodywork, biodanza, contact improvisation, art and music. Today, Ashwin continues to live his vision of bringing people to meditation as well as celebration and has been facilitating Osho meditations for more than a decade.
