Bowen Therapy Session

What’s Bowen Therapy:

Bowen therapy is a holistic soft tissue therapy capable of addressing the entire body on all levels physical, emotional and cellular.

It resets the body to heal itself to its original blueprint by shifting the body from the fight, flight and freeze to rest, relax and repair mode.

What is the Process:

Gentle subtle moves are performed with thumbs and fingers over muscle and connective tissue to send messages deep to the central nervous system.

Frequent two-minute pauses between the moves allow the central nervous system to process these healing impulses.

A session can go up to an hour depending on the clients’ issues and reaction to the therapy.
