Contact Improv Dance Workshop – The Power of Listening and Sharing

“In this workshop, I want to share a few of the ideas and tools, which I found over the past 15 years, researching and enjoying the technical/spiritual aspect of dance.

We, all together, will explore the magic of connectedness through the beautiful medium of our own body and the power of listening.”, says Chittaranjan, the facilitator.

This workshop will be an introduction to connecting and existing together with other people in a dancing space.

We will explore some key elements of contact improvisation like how to dance and share weight with another body, letting the natural improvisation of motion unfold in a safe and interesting way and much more.

The workshop will end with an open jam session.

We invite everybody who loves to dance, move, celebrate and all explorers who wish to deepen their connection to the body and their experience in Contact Improvisation.

All of our programs are in English.
