Day 1 Saturday

9:45 am to 10:45 am Session 2 – Who are you? The power of your thoughts and emotions.

Resilience – Presentation on how our thoughts and emotions create our reality, how we can become more resilient.Self-reflection exercise with key questions.

The powers of thoughts are allegedly so powerful that they not only affect ourselves but, when harnessed collectively, can change the outcomes of society as a whole. This phenomenon is termed the Maharishi Effect. Our thoughts affect our reality. If you want to change your reality, you know where to begin.The most potent form of energy is thought because thought-waves are cosmic waves penetrating all time and space.• Watch your thoughts, they become words.• Watch your words, they become actions.• Watch your actions, they become habits.• Watch your habits, they become your character.Watch your character, it becomes your destiny.

11:00 am to 12:00 pm Session 3 – Hatha Yoga class : Sivananda 

Hatha Yoga Class, the structure is Sivananda (pranayama, surya namaskar, asanas, savasana) but the asanas vary. Guided, with adjustments and care on the alignments and on moving the energy of the body, so they can absorb better the healing from the guided meditations.

Hatha Yoga means more than mere physical exercise or postures. In its original sense, Hatha Yoga refers to the practice of bringing harmony to the two main energies in the human body – the energy of the moon and the energy of the sun.Now, how to bring balance and harmony to these three energy channels in our body? Through the practice of Hatha Yoga. In Sanskrit, the moon is known as “Ha” and the sun is “Tha” – thus Hatha. The “shushumna” channel is the third one that unites all three, thus Yoga which is derived from the root word “Yog” which means union. So it is that “Hatha Yoga” restores balance between the mind and intellect. When there is perfect balance and control of mind and intellect, then one’s consciousness begins to awaken. The result is a discovery of inner peace, inner contentment and mental clarity. The purpose of life becomes clearer and one will start to understand creation. You will exist in this world with the feeling of spirituality, with the feeling of divinity and of clarity. This is literally the meaning of Hatha Yoga in its spiritual context.

12:30 pm to 1:45 pm session 4 – Identify-Heal Emotional baggage Level of human awareness with Self Reflection Self-healing Emotional baggage. Self-reflection exercises & Guided Meditation** –

Presentation on the basic 4 stages of human awareness and how emotional baggage can be identified and healed so we raise awareness.
Self-reflection exercise with key questions and Guided meditation to heal the emotional baggage that triggers us.
Self-reflection exercises help develop strong and healthy self-esteem.

What is it you want to do with your life? How do you think you’re going to make it happen? If you’re not sure, then self-reflection is in order.
Even if you have an idea where you want to go, you may want to consider doing self-reflection exercises to ensure that you remain on the path toward success. When you are on the right path, you can also find peace in your life.

Self-reflection truly is an art. It involves tapping your inner being and using that to figure out what it is you really want. In time, your reflections will enable you to achieve the peace and serenity you deserve.We all have emotional baggage. Some of us have 3 suitcases of heavy things, some of us have just a tiny bag. Everyone has them. Sometimes we feel as if we were carrying a lifetime’s heaviness of sorrows, pain, and anger. Here we will Identify our Triggers Acknowledge Your Emotions and understand how to heal them.

3:00 pm to 4:00 pm session 5 – Love generator! – Compassion. Guided Meditation**

Presentation on Self-compassion and compassion for others, effects on our level of vibration. Self-reflection exercise with key questions and Guided meditation to forgive people, situations and ourselves, freeing us from burdens
Compassion meditation involves silently repeating certain phrases that express the intention to move from judgment to caring, from isolation to connection, from indifference or dislike to understanding.

Compassion helps us mend relationships and move forward while fostering emotional intelligence and well-being. Mindful Self-Compassion is the first step in emotional healing—being able to turn toward and acknowledge our difficult thoughts and feelings (such as inadequacy, sadness, anger, confusion) with a spirit of openness and curiosity.

It helps by reducing negative emotions and anxiety, increases positive emotions and feelings of self-compassion. Mindfulness involves a powerful set of techniques for calming and quieting the mind.

4:30 pm to 5:30 pm session 6 – Yogic Pranayama, Guided Meditation: Uniting heart and mind –

2 Breathing techniques, 1 guided meditation to expand heart chakra and ajna (third eye) chakra
Pranayama are breathing exercises which clear the physical and emotional obstacles in our body to free the breath and so the flow of prana – life energy. Through a regular and sustained practice of pranayama you can supercharge your whole body.

Chakras are the centers in our bodies in which energy flows through. Blocked energy in our chakras can often lead to illness, so it’s important to understand what each chakra represents and what we can do to keep this energy flowing freely. Here we understand how to energize heart and third eye chakra.

Day 2 Sunday

9:15 am to 9:45 am Session 1 – Reviewing lessons from 1st day

9:45 am to 10:45 am Session 2 – Transform your limiting believes (Conscious-Subconscious Mind)

Samskaras, Karma, self-discipline, destiny and free-will – Presentation on how our mind works (conscious–subconscious), how samskaras or imprints are created and affect the way we operate and react.  Self-reflection exercise on how we co-create.

Samskaras are the subtle impressions of our past actions. Thus, “samskara” means “the impression of, the impact of, the action we perform with full awareness of its goals.” When we perform such an action, a subtle impression is deposited in our mindfield.

Karma is the Sanskrit word for action. It is equivalent to Newton’s law of ‘every action must have a reaction’. When we think, speak or act we initiate a force that will react accordingly. This returning force maybe modified, changed or suspended, but most people will not be able eradicate it.

In this workshop we will understand how Law of Karma is an opportunity to learn and evolve and the balance between discipline and surrender, with destiny and free-will you can co-create your own reality together with the Universe.

11:00 am to 12:00 pm Session 3 – Heal your heart-Guided Meditation**

Gratitude Exercise – Brief presentation on how our subconscious mind can govern our actions and how to heal the heart to free our subconscious.

Gratitude is the thankful appreciation of things received, whether tangible or intangible. It helps us connect with something outside ourselves, often transcendent and larger than ourselves.

The benefits of practicing gratitude are nearly endless. People who regularly practice gratitude by taking time to notice and reflect upon the things they’re thankful for experience more positive emotions, feel more alive, sleep better, express more compassion and kindness, and even have stronger immune systems.

In this workshop guided exercise of self-reflection on all the people/things/experiences for which we can feel grateful and we never ever recognize will help us release pent-up emotions enabling us to be in the space of healing to flow through us.

Presentation on: we are energy, our vibration creates our reality, our thoughts and emotions are vibration. How do I increase my vibration, so I create/manifest a happier life?

We all vibrate energetically at a particular frequency. The higher the frequency of your energy or vibration, the lighter you feel in your physical, emotional, and mental bodies. You experience greater personal power, clarity, peace, love, and joy.

Law of Vibration. States that anything that exists in our universe, whether seen or unseen, broken down into and analyzed in its purest and most basic form, consists of pure energy or light which resonates and exists as a vibratory frequency or pattern. As you choose happy feelings, more happy feelings will be drawn into vibrational harmony with the frequency you are offering.

THOUGHTS + FEELINGS + ACTIONS + INTENTION = YOUR VIBRATION

Your vibration then ALIGNS with the order you’re placing with the Universe.

ALIGNMENT = THE UNIVERSE’S ABILITY TO DELIVER (The process is called The Law of Attraction)

By consciously sculpting your energy (your vibration) you ACTIVATE and work with The Law of Vibration to deliberately manifest. You do this by seeking out ways to optimize your energy and clear the way for the alignment process to work its magic.

6:00 pm to 6:45 pm Session 7 – Manifest your Dreams:

Guided Meditation, feel gratitude and release limiting believes Self-reflection exercise to identify thinking patterns that might be blocking our
manifestation. Guided healing meditation for the limiting thought and manifestation process explained and practiced.

Begin your manifesting process by getting honest about how your low-level thoughts, energy and feelings of disbelief block you from receiving what you desire. Once you get clear about the blocks, you can begin to clean them up to clear space for positive manifestations to occur.

A manifestation is the public display of emotion or feeling, or something theoretical made real. Manifestation’s origins are in religion and spirituality because if something spiritual becomes real, it is said to be a manifestation. The word’s usage has spread to include all aspects of life.

Hola, I’m Lourdes Pérez-García. I am a world citizen born in Spain. Passionate humanitarian, international speaker, seminar leader, yoga & meditation teacher.

I started my career in banking and finance, but soon, I realised I wanted to contribute to make this world a better place… and I moved to the Red Cross! I lived across 7 countries in Asia, Europe and the Americas, advocating & supporting humanitarian causes at senior level since 2004. I have been coordinating the international support for big crises like tsunamis, earthquakes, cyclones and the most recent migration and refugee crisis in Europe.

During years I learned and practiced ways to stay centered and peaceful in the midst of those challenges. I went through a deep inner transformation and now, I advise individuals and organizations through my seminars, talks and private sessions that include leadership, the human potential and practical spirituality, merging ancient philosophy with modern science.

I feel that a more soulful leadership style can change the world.
