You are invited on a journey to awaken the loving & magical energies of the heart. It is often said that life is a journey from our head to our hearts. The ego mind is complicated and short sighted, but heart energy is peaceful, loving and expansive. As we live more and more from our hearts, we let go of fears and stresses. We begin to see positive transformation in every aspect of our lives, including relationships, health, financial flow, etc. The biggest gift, we become conscious participants in the transformation of the planet. When we live from our hearts we are more connected to creation and to our source. We become loving energy itself.

During our time together we will discuss what it means to live from the heart and how to begin living from the heart. You will learn methods to harmonize the mind and heart, and you will be taken on a heart-centered journey/meditation to reconnect and awaken the loving heart energies.

Chris was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA. At age 18 he joined a local healing group. It was there Chris began learning the principles of using energy with intention, and to work on an energetic level to bring healing to body, mind and soul. His young adult life proved to be challenging. Chris was confronted with addiction, physical illness and spiritual disconnection.  This was his doorway to a journey of self-discovery and healing. The last 20 years he has been studying indigenous methods of healing and various energy healing modalities.  Chris has a thriving holistic healing practice in Los Angeles. He currently travels between the US, Latin America and India teaching and seeing private clients. Chris’ highest intention is that we all awaken to the truth of who we really are and we remember our connection to all living being.
