Introduction to Acupressure

Acupressure is a form of Chinese Traditional Medicine (TMC).

Juan will guide the participants through an introductory workshop in acupressure.

Acupressure is a technique where the therapist knows and understands the meridian points of the body, and by applying pressure to these points releases tensions that are stored inside the body.

In this workshop you will learn which points in the hands, ears, feet, and face are to be pressed to produce certain effects that may lead to relief of pain in the body or stimulate the immune system.

You will receive a graphic guide that guides you through the process.

You using your own hands as you are guided by the teacher Juan Siblesz; as well as, the graphic guide as to which points to apply pressure.
