Learn Tai Chi Shibashi – 18 Set 1
Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese martial art form that descends from Qigong, a discipline rooted in traditional Chinese medicine.
It involves synchronized body and mind movements which is why it is also called ‘moving meditation’; simply flowing with the movement and yet remaining centered, relaxed and balanced.
Out of the many Qigong styles, one of the most powerful sets of movements is called Tai Chi Qigong Shibashi, which you would be trained in during the 5-day class.
It covers the entire set, each one in full depth, comprising of 18 meditative movements to sharpen our awareness.
This practice will improve the coordination between mind, body, and breathing; which is the base to go deeper into meditation.
As the movements nourish internal organs too, perfect holistic health can be obtained by the daily practice of these 18 forms.
