One-on-One Session: Music Healing Therapy
Our bodies are listening. Sound being everywhere, holds the control power to our emotions.
We exchange energies in the form of frequencies and transmit them into thoughts and actions.
Humans are externally driven and sounds play an important role in our behavioral well-being.
To find a mind-body equilibrium, we need to bring ourselves close to frequencies and of nature.
Music Healing Therapy involves the use of live traditional instruments, powerful vibrations and natural sounds to create a soundscape for your emotional responses and guide you into a transcendental state of calmness.
Each session lasts for an hour, where we focus on particular emotions by attaching individual sounds and flowing our consciousness to the rhythm.
The session involves a sound-guided meditation that lets us connect with ourselves and understand our bodies better when they react to the sounds around us.

Facilitator: Siddhant Sehgal
Siddhant Sehgal is a Music Healer coming from the foothills of Himalayas. Being born in the land of yoga and classical music, he has grown inspiration from an array of musical interests and has formed a deeper connection with the elements of sound.
He channelises his sensibilities to heal the mind and body by creating a vibrational extension of the soul.
He uses instruments capable of tuning to the energies of the body and taking it on a mindful journey.
His sessions are a rich spectrum of sound with a combination of the universal healing frequency (432Hz), singing bowls and analog sounds presented artistically in a musical way.
