One-on-one Session: Soul Painting Therapy

Come unravel the secrets of your soul and understand what the universe wants to tell you, with a one-on-one session of soul painting.

There will be a short meditation session after which you will be asked to choose some colours and a paintbrush.

We will let our hands move unconsciously on the canvas.

The facilitator will then interpret the resulting mix of colours, their interaction on the surface of the canvas and their texture.

Every colour, every brush or tool used and the texture created, has a meaning that guides one to one’s destiny.

It is a form of creative meditation meant to silence the mind, in order to listen to the soul’s instructions.

The only thing needed is an open mind, and a willingness to surrender to one’s instinct.

If you are looking for answers and believe in the active form of doing so, especially with the aid of the therapeutic and colourful process of painting, then this session is for you.

Facilitator’s Bio: Saudamini Mishra

Saudamini Mishra is an established, internationally exhibiting artist, who in the year 2011 encountered a divine miracle that granted her the skills of being a hyper-realistic painter overnight, from being unable toeven pull a straight line on a piece of paper.

Having been psychic since the age of fourteen, she quit her education after graduating from college in Delhi University, in spite of being a university position holder, because of experiencing an inexplicable, intrinsic, almost anatomical urge to paint. The result of that was her invention of ‘Soul Painting’- a form of dissociative painting meant tounravel a soul’s journey.
