OSHO Mindfulness Retreat 

In three day OSHO Mindfulness Retreat, where we witness the breathing, body, mind, feelings, and relaxing into ourselves is an intense and deep process in silence, supporting outgoing energy to turn inwards. This is an invitation to explore the inner realms of oneself in an accepting and loving atmosphere.

Three days of Silence, sitting in Meditation, watching the breath, sensing the body, Zen-walking, eating mindfully, listening to the birds and sometimes – the noise of the Mind With this experience, we emerge with a freshness, an integrity, with depth and a new joy for life – a total gift for all those courageous enough to sail with us. In this 3 day Process, the Vipassana is supported by Osho’s Dynamic and Kundalini Meditation, Osho discourse, Sharing circles and individual counseling.

Osho Neo-Vipassana is not like the traditional group in which you sit for 10 hours daily. It is actually very dynamic, playful and leading you naturally into a space of deep silence and serenity.

As OSHO explains, “First you have to dance, first you have to shout in joy and sing, and so your life becomes more vital. First, you have to cathart, so all that you have repressed is thrown out and your body is purified of toxins and poisons, and your psyche also is purified from repressed traumas and wounds. When this has happened and you have become able to laugh and you have become able to love, then Vipassana. Now Vipassana will not drive you serious, will not drive you in any way into some ego trip. Now you can sit silently; now sitting silently is not serious. That is the special quality that I am trying to create here in Vipassana — it does not exist anywhere in the world.”

Facilitator Bio: Ashwin Bharti & Ajeer Vidya

Ashwin Bharti became a disciple of Osho in 1977 and is an ambassador of Osho’s vision. From being a successful businessman, he became a philanthropist and started helping himself & others in their spiritual journey. Being a channel for Osho’s energy, Ashwin created Zorba the Buddha, one of the world’s largest open faith spiritual centre and cultural hub. Over the years, he has received transmissions from various masters in Sufism, Tantra, Zen, Shamanism, Pulsing, Osho therapies & meditations, bodywork, biodanza, contact improvisation, art and music. Today, Ashwin continues to live his vision of bringing people to meditation as well as celebration and has been facilitating Osho meditations for more than a decade.

 

Ajeer Vidya has been a senior member of the elite Indian Administrative Services and holds an M Phil degree in International Economic Relations. He is from the Buddhist region of Himachal Pradesh, though a large part of his career was spent in the eastern state of Tripura. He took early retirement from the Indian Government to dedicate himself to studying and sharing the Dharma in India, and now also runs an Information Technology business. Ajeer is an ordained member of the Order of Inter-being and facilitates one of the Thich Nhat Hanh’s sanghas in Gurgaon/ Delhi. He is also on the Executive Board of Dzongsar Kyenste Rinpoche’s Siddhartha’s Intent Institute. Ajeer, a seasoned meditator and teacher, blends the Zen and Tibetan traditions of Buddhism effortlessly.
