Osho Tibetan Pulsing Retreat – Clearing the Energy of Our Hearts
Pulse is the life force through which the spirit manifests itself. Based on the Six Yogas of enlightened Mystic, Naropa, it has been brought to the world under the guidance of Osho. Tibetan Pulsing uses ancient Tibetan processes to get in touch with the 24 organs of the body, which are the repositories of our unconscious. With the help of sound, colour and touch, the powerful practice helps reveal the hidden mysteries of the human body and forms the pathway towards inner transformation.
The intense three-day retreat will focus primarily on the Hara. Located 2-3 fingers below the navel, the Hara is the storehouse of strength. It is the body of the immune system—a kind of automatic mechanism in charge of protecting us. It is also responsible for divine power and playfulness. About 90% of our nerve impulse reaches the head from the Hara. When we repress anger in our Hara, it not only limits our strength, but also inhibits our health and brings many weaknesses.
By combining the root energy with the pulse beat of our hearts, pulsing has the power to dissolve the blockages in our nervous system and neutralize pain, suffering and anger. A relaxed Hara ultimately restores our sense of divinity and helps us journey from the head to the heart.
