Osho – the master of masters, a modern-day mystic whose wisdom, rebellious spirit and humor have transformed the lives of millions around the globe.
His teachings liberated people from the shackles of religion and conformity. Osho coined the concept of a new man – Zorba the Buddha, one who celebrates and meditates.
Osho’s teachings are an amalgamation of the healing arts of the East and modern therapies of the West.

Aum – Awareness, Understanding, Meditation – is an Osho Humanversity practice that takes you through 14 aspects of the human experience using movement, role play and voice in a safe environment. Get ready to shake the stress and the distress away as you reclaim the joy of being alive!
Osho says that playfulness, singing, dancing & being non-seriousness is my teaching. All the religions of the world have made religion as a serious affair that is why so-called saints look so gloomy, sad & without any juice in life.
True religiousness is like flowering in our life. It is like dance & with laughter, it is crippled. There are few Zen monasteries where all the monks start their day with laughter & end the day again with laughter.
Laughing has also been suppressed by society. Laughter has many health benefits as well as it improves your immune system, lowers blood pressure, lowers cholesterol levels & releases endorphins in the blood that triggers the feel-good factor.
This meditation will give you the opportunity to explore the childlike quality within us, help us to connect with the mother earth & experience the joyful dance. This meditation can be done anytime during the day & is supported by the specific audio recording of OSHO Laughter Meditation music.
This session is about bringing harmony between three layers of human being that is Mind-Body-Emotions. For example: If any disturbance happens at mental layer, that disturbance reflects in the form of disorders like depression, Schizophrenia.
These states can be reversed by working on three layers of human design. Similarly, at Physical and Emotional level, diseases and distress can be healed. Disharmony in any layer causes diseases, disorder, and distress.
Every person is different so the solution is also different. Case to case it varies but the common thread is mind-body-emotions. In this session, we will start work on the body.
By working on the body, releasing of suppressed emotions happens followed by restoration of breathing which brings immediate relief to the person. We will also begin healing at the conscious and subconscious level, which includes chakras as well.
Friendship is the highest form of love – Osho Friendship – the highest of relationships – is the most non-possessive way of relating to another person.
But often, due to expectations and our own closed heart, we tend to limit our circle of friends. In this meditation, we nurture the quality of friendliness within us to taste the joy of connecting and celebrating with others.
This meditation will help us to connect with people from all walks of life and develop the art of relating in a fun way.
Through group dance, sharing, affirmations & let go exercises we will realize that we can be open and friendly with more people around. Thus, making our lives richer and happier.
Tai Chi is a centuries-old Chinese Meditation art that descends from Qigong, an ancient discipline rooted in traditional Chinese medicine.
Tai Chi Movements involve body and mind in totality. That’s why it is also called ‘moving meditation’, simply flowing with the movement and yet remaining silent, relaxed and balanced.
Out of the many Qigong styles, one of the most powerful sets of movements is called Tai Chi Qigong ShibaShi -1, which we would be training in, during the workshop, covering entire set one in depth, comprising of 18 meditative movements to sharpen awareness with relaxation, and also practicing integration and coordination between mind, body, and breathing, which are some basics, to go deeper into meditation.
As the movements nourish internal organs too, perfect holistic health can be obtained by daily practice of these 18 forms.
We invite you all for a workshop of release, activities and relaxed awareness, letting go of the mind to be totally present as we eat together in silence.
There will be breathwork, movement, celebration and a glimpse of oneness. We will experience what it feels to move away from the chattering mind and become aware of our self.
By being in the moment while eating, we open ourselves up to a deeper level of enjoyment and nourishment. When we eat mindfully, we can experience deep relaxation, insights into our personality and immense gratitude.
Chakras are energy centres in our body, spinning like wheels, enabling pure life force to be absorbed.
The seven chakras are a map to support us, to become aware, relax and grow to our maximum potential. Each chakra represents a different expression of our life energy.
Stagnation in a chakra is always associated with unfinished and unfulfilled life experiences. Expressions get stuck in one way or another and this leads to a blockage in the energy flow.
This course will help one in becoming aware of the chakras, and to heal and balance the chakra system with specific meditation techniques.
When our chakras or any aspect of our energy system are in balance, it can have a profound impact on our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health.
Being aware of the state of our chakras helps both our bodies and our lives be in perfect harmony.
During the festival, you will have a chance to take part in classes in Bollywood and Theatre. These will be presented on the final evening as a culmination of the whole festival.
In addition, there is an open space for any hidden talents you have always wanted to be witnessed!
