Tibetan Pulsing allows the suffering of our hearts to be transformed. When love lets us down, we release heat around the heart, which then freezes and forms a layer around the organ. The subtle ego isolates us further and forbids us from accessing our feelings.
Love is possible when the relation is complete, not before. Sexuality is possible, intense attraction is possible, but always in waves of love-hate. There is a common misconception that love has something to do with someone else. This comes from a place of self-hate. Love, on the other, is pure positivity. To see the preciousness of everyone is to be in love.
A realised relationship is one in which two people don’t need anything from each other, but acquire enormous joy by giving and receiving from themselves. We must also be open to giving and receiving equally. Love can only flow between equals. And the human heart has the impulse to connect with the pulse of other hearts.
The workshop is going to be experienced as a specific body-work. We will work in couples, alternating the active and the receptive part, applying pressure to different points that are in direct contact with the nervous system. We will pulse the heart, the centre of our emotions, and the other points of the nervous system connected to the heart. With the help of a partner, we will transform and let go of our tensions: the very essence of Tantra.
