Pleasure Theatre: Un-Inhibit Yourself Through Theatre
This workshop is a two-hour fun learning process designed to overcome our self-created barriers and to free ourselves.
Here we express ourselves fully in a safe, judgment-free environment to let go of emotional blockages and bring in more joy & pleasure in our life.
This develops self-awareness, by exploring the multiple roles that we play in our lives, which helps us to connect in a conscious manner with others and ourselves.
It is a pleasurable cleansing process that helps us in becoming mask free authentic self.
Theatre games and exercises, improvisations, role plays, bodywork, on the spot work, mime etc. Are some of the techniques that you are trained in where you can open up, interact, exchange and experience different ways of thinking.

Facilitator Bio: Manoj Sharma
He is a Director, writer, Theatre-in–education expert, storyteller who is wholly devoted to the exploration of roles played by the philosophies and methodologies of theatre in the formative aspects of the growth of children and young adults.
He has led many issue-based Theatre workshops with students, teachers, principals, teacher trainees, parents and employees.
He has worked with institutions like National School of Drama, NTPC, S.C.E.R.T., BhartiyaVidyaBhawans, Naval Public School, S.D.Public School, Anand Nikeytan School, Fun Republic (Ahmedabad), and NGO’s like CRY, Katha, Manzil, Mobile crèches, Rajeev Gandhi foundation.
He has directed about 10 plays and is also associated with T.I.E. Company, National School of Drama. Written and directed a serial named Yeshi and Mrigtrishna for Guwahati Doordarshan.
