Shamanic Journey and Breathwork Sessions – Experience Awareness and Presence
When our souls incarnate in this material world, we loose the Memory of Who we are and why we are on this planet. Sometimes we have a perception, an intuition, a remembrance or a glimpse of the past, sometimes it’s clear and strong, other times it’s more vague.
Hence from the very beginning of our life, there is a process of ‘identification’ with our thoughts, creating what we call the “ego”. As we start to dive deeper in a subjective reality (the mental dimension) , overwhelmed by emotions, worries and anxieties, we tend to move farther away from the purpose of our journey making us feel lost, confused and unhappy.
The first step to reverse this process is by becoming aware of our ‘patterns’ and ‘compulsive-automatic behaviours’ and to heal the wounds that created them. Only then we can return to our ‘true self’, be able to listen to our inner voice and discover our gifts, to walk happily on our path.
About the Shamanic Awareness Breath Journey:
In the ‘Shamanic Breath Journey’, ancient healing practices are combined with new ones (Rebirthing and Holotropic Breathwork) in a unique way. Through ‘Circular breathing’, we enter into a non ordinary state of consciousness, a higher reality, exploring our connection with our spiritual dimension. We can also unlock our ‘vital energy ( Kundalini) with its regular practice.
One can realize that every experience we are going through is a teaching and an opportunity to process and integrate the so called “negative experience” into our Life.
We can see our ‘dark side’ and transform our shadow in an ally, to become One in ourselves and the whole Universe.
How do we journey?
We lay down on a mat and start with the relaxation and chakra cleaning. The music will give us the rhythm and support for the journey and is guided by the teacher with instructions on the breath-work. The music stimulates our emotions, making it easier to participate in the journey. We can look at the session as a journey composed of three different phases: Take off, Journey and the Landing. The journey can last up to two hours and will depend on when every participant is “back home”.
Our life starts breathing in and ends breathing out.
Breath is indeed our connection with Life. If we learn how to breathe, our whole life will change, we will be able to see who we are and we’ll find the power to realize it.

Prem Luca Firewolf has started his spiritual journey at a very early age. His main work has been to unify the spiritual path of the East, following Osho (he became his sanyasin in 1980) and other Indian masters, with the Native American tradition and the Shamanic world. He has been traveled all over the World to connect with the Native people and preserve their teachings, learning about the Old way of the human being, the Circle way as well as the use of the Medicine Plants.
Prem Luca De Santis traveled to India for the first time in 1980, when he met Osho and became his sannyasin. From 1987 he has lived for long periods in Thailand where he came closer to Taoist philosophy and the practice of Tai Chi Chuan. In the 1990s, he started travelling in South and Central America, getting close to Shamanism and the traditions of Native American people. Since then he’s working with Manitonquat-Medicine Story, leading Sweat Lodges and Vision Quests. He has been trained in Holotropic Breath-work and Re-birthing by the founders of these powerful healing techniques.
