Taste of Mystic Rose
This meditation will help you to flow freely and be lived now. It is an opportunity to be expressed, accepted, and resolved when we allow all our un-laughed laughter, our un-cried tears, and our un-lived silence to be experienced.
In first stage, people simply laugh for no reason at all…. you will be surprised how many layers of dust have gathered upon your being. It will cut them like a sword in one blow and open the door of transformation can come to your being.
In second stage we cry for no reason. The first part removes everything that hinders your laughter. It brings a new space within us. Still you have to go a few steps more to reach the temple of your being, because you have suppressed so much sadness, despair, anxiety and so many tears covering you and destroying your beauty, your grace, your joy.
In the third stage, we will be just watching whatever is happening inside or out in silence. Just be a witness. Then you know that you are just the quality of reflection, a pure consciousness, a mirror and a watcher on the hill. That is freedom. ..Nirvana.
When a person lives with laughter, reaches to his own being by simple dropping all inhibitions through tears, finds the joy of silence; its effects will show that the person has become younger, graceful, more loving. The person has become more flexible, less fanatic; more joyful, more a celebrant.
