Third-Eye Meditation – Awaken to The Power of Your Intuition

The pineal gland is referred to as the third eye or the spirit gland. It’s a potent source of intuitive wisdom that when amplified with meditation, gives us insight, forewarning and the highest possible level of intelligence into the past, future as well as the present.

We will begin with soft centering exercise which will slowly awaken the third eye chakra.

This will take us into a state mindlessness, bringing in a sense of peace and relaxation.

To achieve this we will do some cathartic exercises involving intensive chaotic breathing, shaking and gibberish.

As the third eye awakens, we reach higher states of consciousness, allowing us to become more self-aware and achieving mastery of our emotions.

This meditation allows us to tune into a natural born gift we all hold – intuitive wisdom.

Let us together tap into the infinite potential of this portal that connects us to the cosmos.
