Also, hugging trees is good for your health .It increases levels of hormone oxytocin .The hormone is responsible for feeling calm and also, for emotional bonding.
Trees are the best counselors because they are good at listening and entirely at your service. Hugging a tree is responsible for emotional cleansing, causing you to feel lighter and happier.
You will also be taught how to climb a tree

Facilitator Bio: Verhaen Khanna
Verhaen Khanna is a commercial pilot who started an NGO called New Delhi Nature Society to protect the environment in the capital.
He is a wildlife photographer, film maker and an artist. Through this NGO , he has been protecting trees and wildlife in Delhi.
He has taught thousands of people of all ages to climb trees and he also conducts nature walks around the green areas of the city as well as workshops in schools and colleges.
