♡ The F L O W of the F E S T I V A L ♡

We will use Ceremonies from Shaman tradition as Sweatlodge and Cacao Ceremony to hold space for us each morning to go on a deep exploration journey into that particular element.

During each day we will continue to explore the layers of our being in that element, using practices like Yoga, Quigong, Breathwork, Massage, Movement, Meditation etc.

In the evening we will bring together all these practices into One big Celebration of dance, music, performances and much more.

Co-creation is the Key to our experience. So is Community built by Family groups, Morning meeting and Delicious organic food?

The shamans don’t meditate, they journey! We will be guided to access the ‘underworld’, accompanied by the Shamanic drums as we discover our ‘allies’ in spirit.

Get ready to be born again through this connected breathing technique! This breathwork helps us access hidden patterns in the subconscious mind and free ourselves from them.

Tap into the power of your dreams! In this session, we will learn how to induce heightened awareness in a dream state for the purpose of healing, soul journeying, or simply connecting with our spirit guides.

Chakras are energy centres in our body, spinning like wheels, enabling pure life force to be absorbed. The seven chakras are a map to support us, to become aware, relax and grow to our maximum potential. Each chakra represents a different expression of our life energy

The pineal gland is referred to as the third eye or the spirit gland.

It’s a potent source of intuitive wisdom that when amplified with meditation, gives us insight, forewarning and the highest possible level of intelligence into the past, future as well as the present. We will begin with soft centering exercise which will slowly awaken the third eye chakra.

This will take us into a state mindlessness, bringing in a sense of peace and relaxation.

In ancient traditions, stories were used as medicine. A drug for healing and transformation. A balm for soothing broken hearts. Using the vehicle of myths and tales, our shamans will transport us to another realm.

We will invoke the spirit of cacao, drink the sacred potion of the gods, dance, meditate, set powerful intentions—just the way the ancient Mayans meant for it to be!

Built like a dome-shaped hut, the heated sweat lodge gives us a feeling of retreating to the womb! In this ancient purification ceremony for the mind, body, heart and spirit, we will reconnect with mother earth and all her beings.

With the help of powerful techniques like energy spiral work and bamboo healing, our Shamans will invoke the spirits to liberate us from the traumas and ailments we’ve been carrying.

Sound healing through singing bowls is a powerful practice that resonates with our chakras and expands our awareness. On a physical level, the vibrations soothe pain, stress, anxiety, and open our body to healing.

No words, no lyrics, no boundaries! Enter the mystical realm of music as we sing together as one voice and through it connect as one spirit. We will begin with basic long sustained notes, slowly going into the rhythm, breath work, noise and singing in melody.

Just the tools you need to deepen your awareness and re-connect to the wisdom of nature and re-root to the earth as a source of life.

Guided by music and archetypal dances will journey inwards to discover and empower your own inner shaman—the deep inner wisdom that will guide you in every moment!

The restorative power of music knows no bounds! This meditative tribal experience will bring together sounds from ancient traditions and present them in a contemporary form. Shamanic beats like Tibetan horns, drums, and Amazonian rattles will add to the medicinal experience.

Koitso Salil Mukhia

Koitso Salil Mukhia is from the Kiranti indigenous community of the Eastern Himalayas and from the Koinch group – one of the smaller linguistic tribes. An initiate into shamanism as a young child and working to document the sacred traditions of tribal cultures and retell vanishing stories, his effort over the last 15 years, both as a storyteller and traditional healer reflects a vanishing realm of indigenous cultures, sacred traditions and the urgency to bring their relevance forward in the urban context.

Founder of Acoustic Traditional and Festival of Indigenous Storytellers, Koitso’s projects such as One Tribe, Stories on the Verge and Elder Earth (now), brings the lesser-known traditions of tribal India before the mainstream in ways that have had a deep impact on the audiences. His ongoing work continues to weave in his knowledge of stories, sounds and healing together and making them relevant in the urban contexts.

Prem Luca

Prem Luca began his spiritual journey early on. He encountered his first spiritual teacher at 16 and has been meditating ever since. His seeking spirit brought him to India at the age of 23, where he travelled with many

sadhus. But it was arriving at Poona that changed the course of his spiritual life. He took Oshosannyas in 1980 and became of a part of the amazing community in Oregon and then again in Poona.

For several years he travelled around Mexico, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Perù and Brazil. In the process, he embraced the Shamanic way with medicinal plants. Prem Luca has been working together with Manitonquat (Medicine Story) for over 20 years spreading the message of the Circle way, leading sweat lodges and Vision Quests. He has translated three of Manitonquat’s books: The Circle Way, The Original Instructions and Changing The World. Prem Luca has been trained as a RebirtherBreathworker by Leonard Orr and has followed the Holotropic Breath with Stan Grof. He has been leading Awareness Breath workshops for 15 years. Osho’s presence and devotion to the Path of Love are tangible in all his work.

Chris Eagle

Chris Eagle was born in the United States, California in 1964. He grew up with many questions about God and our purpose here in this reality. While still a young boy, he began experimenting and playing with energy. At the age of 18, Chris joined a local healing group. During his time with the group, he was introduced to the concept of using energy with the intention of relieving pain and suffering. His young adult life proved to be challenging. Chris was confronted with addiction, physical illness and spiritual disconnection. At 30 Chris was guided back to the healer’s path and began developing his intuitive gifts.

The last 20 years the healing path has to lead him to many teachers. He has studied numerous healing modalities and traditions of healing, including indigenous methods. He teaches healing and mentors those who are called to this path. Chris currently travels between the US, Latin America and India, teaching, and offering private sessions. His prayer is that we all remember our highest truth, WE ARE ONE, and live from that place of oneness. May this awareness restore peace within and to Mother Earth and all beings.
