The Volunteer Enrichment Program is a transformative 15- or 30-day immersive experience that blends personal growth, work-as-play, and community living in a journey of self-discovery.
Rooted in meditation, the program encourages participants to enjoy the process of work rather than simply focusing on outcomes. Through mindful action and playful awareness, work becomes a joyful, grounding experience, as well as a tool for self-exploration and connection.
Living in the community acts as a mirror, challenging you to look within and deepen your inner process. Set in an eco-village inspired by Osho’s vision, Zorba the Buddha lies on the serene, green outskirts of New Delhi, offering a wide range of workshops, festivals, performances, and events that support your personal and spiritual journey.
