Role Overview

We are seeking a warm, detail-oriented Reservations Executive to handle guest inquiries and manage booking processes with compassion and clarity. This role is crucial in welcoming seekers to Zorba, ensuring their journey begins with a smooth and mindful reservation experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle reservation inquiries by phone, email, and online platforms.
• Assist guests with program selection based on their needs and intentions.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings and availability using internal systems.
• Coordinate with accommodation, event, and hospitality teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Provide prompt, clear, and empathetic communication throughout the reservation process.
• Offer information about upcoming events and retreats in a manner that reflects the Zorba spirit.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in reservations, hospitality, or guest relations (retreat or wellness space preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using PMS software such as Opera, IDS, Prologic, or Hotelogix is essential.
• Calm, solution-oriented approach under pressure.
• A warm and welcoming attitude rooted in mindfulness and respect.
• Familiarity with Zorba the Buddha or Osho’s teachings is a plus.
