About the Role

As the Resident Manager, you will be the heart of hospitality at Zorba the Buddha, ensuring every guest experiences comfort, care, and joy. You’ll lead the housekeeping, kitchen, maintenance, and facilities teams to create seamless, soulful stays that reflect Zorba’s spirit of awareness, beauty, and celebration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Relations: Engage warmly with guests, creating memorable, heartfelt experiences throughout their stay.
  • Hospitality Management: Oversee operations with grace and efficiency, ensuring every guest feels at home.

What You Bring

  • Experience: 10 years in hospitality, including 3+ years in a managerial role within retreats, resorts, or boutique hotels.
  • Empathy & Leadership: Ability to resolve guest concerns with compassion and professionalism.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal and listening skills that foster trust and connection.
  • Organization: Detail-oriented, proactive, and dedicated to exceeding guest expectations
