About the Role

As the Program Sales Manager / Events Manager, you will be the bridge between our offerings and the people seeking them. From guiding guests toward the right program to leading the sales team, your role combines heartfelt communication with operational excellence. You will ensure every guest feels informed, welcomed, and supported from the very first conversation to their arrival at Zorba.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide prospective participants via calls, emails, and walk-ins to programs that best meet their needs.

  • Build lasting relationships with individuals, corporate partners, and collaborators.

  • Set sales targets, create outreach strategies, and drive booking growth.

  • Manage the complete booking process from initial inquiry to final confirmation.

  • Lead and inspire the program sales team, ensuring prompt and thoughtful follow-ups.

  • Coordinate with program and reception teams for smooth guest onboarding.

  • Be present during check-ins and program commencements to welcome and assist participants.

  • Maintain accurate lead data in CRM systems and prepare regular sales reports.

  • Collaborate closely with Program, Marketing, and Operations teams for seamless delivery.

  • Continuously refine communication flows and enhance internal tools.

  • Mentor and motivate the sales and counselling team to achieve peak performance.

  • Ensure consistent messaging and guest experience across departments.

  • Explore innovative outreach methods, including partnerships, referrals, and creative campaigns.

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of experience, including at least 3 years in a sales leadership role, ideally in retreats, hospitality, or wellness.

  • Proven expertise in guest onboarding, lead tracking, and conversion optimization.

  • A deep understanding of what guests seek in wellness and spiritual experiences.

  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Highly organised, proactive, and reliable.

  • A hands-on leader with a calm, empathetic approach.

  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, WhatsApp, email, and basic CRM tools.

  • A personal connection to mindfulness or wellness whether through meditation, reflection, or other practices.
