About the Role
As a Corporate Sales Executive, you will take Zorba into boardrooms, team huddles, and creative brainstorming sessions helping companies discover our unique venue for events, offsites, day retreats, and overnight escapes.
This is a field-focused role involving travel across Delhi NCR to meet corporate and non-corporate clients, build partnerships, and position Zorba as the go-to space for meaningful, out-of-the-box gatherings. If you thrive on face-to-face sales, engaging conversations, and closing purposeful deals, this role is made for you.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and target corporates, NGOs, travel agencies, and institutions for potential collaborations.
Conduct client visits, attend meetings, and confidently pitch Zorba’s space and offerings.
Understand client requirements and create tailored event packages from day retreats to overnight offsites.
Build strong relationships with HR, admin teams, and decision-makers at all levels.
Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and quotations.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth booking handovers.
Track leads, follow up diligently, and close deals with professionalism and care.
Represent Zorba at B2B events, expos, and networking opportunities.
What You Bring
2–5 years of experience in B2B/corporate field sales, ideally in events, hospitality, venues, or wellness.
Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
A proven ability to build lasting relationships and meet sales targets.
Proactive, persuasive, and self-driven approach.
High emotional intelligence and professional presence, with the confidence to engage CXO-level leaders.
Proficiency in email, WhatsApp, and MS Office.
A personal connection to mindfulness you may meditate or practice self-reflection regularly.
