The OSHO Spring Festival is a four-day immersive residential experience based on Osho’s active approach to meditation, integrating movement, breath, emotional release, and silence. These Active Meditations help release accumulated stress and conditioning, creating space for clarity, balance, and inner awareness.
The program includes Dynamic, Kundalini, and Nadabrahma Meditations, therapeutic emotional processes, White Robe Gatherings, and initiation ceremonies, along with music, dance, and community experiences that support authentic expression and personal growth.
This festival offers a practical and experiential path to meditation and inner transformation within a supportive group environment.
