About the Role

As a Head Program Sales +Trainer you are responsible for meeting the targets of Program Sales where you are leading a team of 10-12 people which also includes volunteers. As also the training head you will set up the systems for improving the performance of the sales team by designing, delivering and continuously refining training modules, processes. The goal is to increase conversions, enhance communication skills and align the team with the company’s sales strategy.

What You’ll Do

  • Driving Sales: Motivating, mentoring, leading the Program sales team to meet the sales targets.
  • Training and Development: Design and deliver on boarding training for new sales hires. Conduct regular training sessions and create structured scripts , playbooks and SOPs.
  • Performance Improvement: Analyze sales call, conversion rates and team performance. Identify skill gaps and create targeted improvement plans.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Develop and standardize the sales process.
  • Lead – pitch – close – follow up
  • Tracking and Reporting: Measure training effectiveness, maintaining reports and progress dashboards. And continuously refine training programs based on results.

What You Bring

  • 5-10 years of experience in sales or sales training.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Strong interpersonal and listening skills with a friendly, approachable presence.
  • A personal mindfulness or meditation practice is a plus.
  • Genuine passion for helping others discover joyful, life-enriching experiences.
  • Excellent English and Hindi language skill
