About the Role:

We are looking for a Social Media Executive who understands storytelling beyond trends, someone who can translate experiences, emotions, and community energy into meaningful digital content. This role needs creativity, consistency, and presence.

Important to Know:

This is not a typical 9-6 corporate job.
We’re looking for someone who is deeply involved, self-motivated, and driven
by passion not the clock.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and execute content across Instagram, Facebook & other
• platforms. Create posts, reels, stories, captions & cover creatives
• Handle on-ground content during events, retreats & festivals
• Maintain monthly content calendars aligned with brand tone
• Engage with the community via comments & DMs
• Coordinate with design, events & operations teams
• Track performance, insights & growth metric
• Stay updated with trends while maintaining brand authenticity
  
  

Who Should Apply:

• 1-3 years experience in social media or content creation
• Strong aesthetic sense & storytelling skills
• Comfortable shooting & editing content (mobile + basic tools)
• Understanding of reels, trends & analytics
• Interest in spirituality, wellness, art, travel or community spaces
