About the Role

Zorba the Buddha is looking for a Community Manager to build, nurture, and grow a conscious, engaged community across both digital and physical spaces. This role blends social media strategy, community engagement, and event-driven interaction, requiring a balance of creativity, structure, and alignment with the organization’s values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute community growth strategies across online and offline platforms
  • Create, manage, and publish engaging content on Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp
  • Build and maintain meaningful interactions with the community through consistent communication
  • Design entry systems and filtering mechanisms to onboard aligned members
  • Moderate groups and conversations to ensure a respectful and conscious environment
  • Plan and support events, converting online engagement into offline participation
  • Track, analyze, and optimize engagement and community data

Requirement:

  • 2–5 years of experience in social media management, community building, or event management
  • Strong content creation, storytelling, and communication skills
  • Experience in organizing events and managing communities (online & offline)
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to manage and interpret data
  • Creative, proactive, and aligned with conscious/spiritual communities
