About the Role

Zorba the Buddha is expanding its eco-village with projects including a Healing Center, clubhouse, treehouses, and bamboo structures. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (Construction & Interior Execution) to lead end-to-end project delivery in a nature-based environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complete project lifecycle from planning to execution
  • Coordinate with architects, interior designers, landscape designers, and bamboo specialists
  • Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and vendor management
  • Supervise in-house teams and external contractors
  • Ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and cost control
  • Resolve on-site challenges with strong problem-solving skills

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction, interior execution, or project management
  • Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Design, or Project Management preferred
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines

 

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience with eco-friendly materials such as bamboo, mud, and thatched roofing
  • Exposure to sustainable or eco-conscious construction projects
