Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Assistant Event Sales Coordinator to support the promotion and coordination of our events. This role is perfect for someone with strong communication skills and a desire to help others find meaningful experiences through Zorba’s offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in generating and responding to event inquiries.
  • Support the sales manager in nurturing leads and converting them into participants.
  • Help potential guests understand which programs suit their journey through clear, mindful guidance.
  • Maintain follow-ups and assist in booking coordination.
  • Communicate event details with facilitators and internal teams.
  • Keep records of leads, follow-ups, and bookings using internal systems.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Prior experience in event sales, customer service, or hospitality is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English, especially over calls and emails.
  • A kind, consultative approach to helping others choose their path.
  • Basic knowledge of retreat environments and spiritual or wellness-based programs.
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of PMS platforms (e.g., Opera, IDS, Prologic, Hotelogix) is required.
