Cancellation/ Refund Policy For Programs:

 

Festivals and Retreats

• You can cancel your seat 30 days before the festival starts. Upon cancelling 50% of the festival fee and accommodation would be refunded.

• If for some reason we have to cancel the festival, the total amount would be refunded to you, including all accommodation costs.

• No refund if the participant starts the program and is unable to continue for whatsoever reasons

• In case any participant misbehaves or has an inappropriate behavior, he/she will be asked to leave the program with no refund.

 

Workshops, Events, Trainings and Courses

• 100% if Zorba The Buddha cancels or reschedules

• 50% will be refunded if the participant withdraws 10 days before the program starts

Or

80% of the Contribution can be utilized towards attending another program for self, within 6 months

• No refund if the participant starts the program and is unable to continue for whatsoever reasons

• In case any participant misbehaves or has an inappropriate behavior, he/she will be asked to leave the program with no refund.

 

Individual Sessions

• If the participant withdraws 24 hours before the scheduled time, he/she can avail a 50% refund.

Changes to Program

• The program and confirmed teachers are subject to change with unforeseen circumstances, but we will ensure to bring you the best quality in alternatives if needed.

 

Photography and Filming at the Festival

• We ask all participants to respect our policies that there should be no photography from participants of other participants unless their express permission is given.

• You also accept that we will also have our own professional photographers who will be capturing film and still frame for our promotional purposes – they are instructed not to intrude on participants and would not photograph or film those who express unwillingness.
