Day 1 : Osho Meditative Therapy

Osho integrated modern therapy with meditation in his transformational work.

Ashwin will be using breathwork, catharsis, movement and hypnosis to help us express and release tensions with pent up emotions, bringing us into a peaceful happier state.

Ashwin Bharti is an ambassador of Osho’s vision and the founder-director of Zorba the Buddha.

 

Day 2 : Art Therapy

Art Therapy is a great tool for expressing feelings without words on paper, using fine art as a  medium, which connects to our thoughts, emotions & well-being.

Facilitator : Manissha Khanna

Manissha Khanna is an accomplished artist trained in Expressive Art Therapy and Arts Psychotherapy from the LaSalle College of the Arts, Singapore.

 

Day 3 : Drama Therapy

Do we play just one role in life?

Using role theory, performance and games, participants will delve into an experiential exploration of the role, the body and mind play in our healing and well-being.

Facilitator : Anupriya Banarjee

Anupriya Banarjee is a drama therapist with M.A. in Drama Therapy from New York University.

Representing Member | Drama Therapy India | World Alliance of Drama Therapy.

 

Day 4 : Expressive Art Therapy

Bhaktiveda will be using art, voice, sound healing, expressive writing and movement to manifest optimum health.

Participants will be supported to release stress and gain clarity, calmness, confidence, obtaining a more positive approach to life and health.

Facilitator : Bhaktiveda Dhaul

Bhaktiveda is an expressive art therapist graduated from Trinity College, USA and pursued her master’s from Lesley University, USA.

She is the co-founder of the Expressive Art Therapy Association of India.

 

Day 5 : Creative Movement Therapy

Movement activities can de-stress us and help us gain a better understanding of our potential, conflicts and needs.

It helps to release inhibitions and boosts creativity through body movement to address and transform certain issues of our life.

Facilitator : Tripura Kashyap

Tripura is a pioneered Creative Movement Therapy in India and co-founded CMTAI. She authored ‘My Body, My Wisdom’, a book on Creative Dance Therapy.

 

Note: This is an experiential workshop and does not aim at teaching the technique. 

The fest is in English, so basic understanding of the language is necessary. Though one may ask questions in Hindi, depending on the facilitator.
