Tai Chi is a centuries-old Art that descends from Qigong, an ancient discipline that Brings Balance and vitality to life.
Tai Chi Movements involve body, mind & Spirit in totality. That’s why it is also called ‘Moving Meditation’, simply flowing on the lands.
As there are many Qigong Styles practiced now a day. One of the most powerful routines set of movements is called as Tai Chi Qigong ShibaShi .
During the workshop we will be learning Tai Chi Qigong ShibaShi Set-1 in depth.
A Set of 18 Meditative Movements which brings Relaxation, Awareness, Integration, Coordination between Body, Mind & Spirit.
As ShibaShi Set-1 is to heal the upper body where the most important organs of a human body are located.
Sessions will include In Depth Training with reveling deep secrets hidden in movements, Tai Chi walk, Chi Dance, Short Meditations.
Tai Chi (Shibashi Set 01) movements includes:-
01 Opening Form ( Raising the arms)
02 Opening the Chest.
03 Painting a Rainbow.
04 Separating the Clouds.
05 Repulsing the monkey .
06 Rowing a boat.
07 Carry Ball in Front of the Shoulders.
08 Gazing at the Moon.
09 Turning the Waist and Pushing with the Palm.
10 Cloud Hands in a Horse-riding Stance
11 Scooping the Sea and Looking at the Horizon.
12 Pushing the Waves.
13 Flying Dove spreads its Wings.
14 Punching in a Horse-riding Stance
15 Flying Wild Goose.
16 Turn like a flying wheel.
17 Stepping and Bouncing a Ball.
18 Balancing the Chi to Close.
Stress Buster, Body awareness, Bring Balance to Body & Mind, Brings Tremendous Relaxation, Helps keeping the body healthy and flexible, and Movements are highly Meditative.
Facilitator Bio: Nirav
Initiated in OSHO Neo Sanyass in 1996, Sw.Nirav Jayant facilitates OSHO Meditation Camps all over India.
He has expertise in Tai Chi10, 16 forms Shi-Ba-Shi 1 and has been practicing since past 6 years.
He has been trained by Mahavir who’s is an international trainer and champion for THANG-TA. (Manipuri Martial Art ).
Nirav also facilitates various dancing Meditations like Chakra Dance, Mantra Dance and CHI Dance.
He has created a 10 step social meditation called Buddha in Me.
