About the Role

As General Manager, you will guide Zorba the Buddha into its next phase of inspired growth—balancing its spiritual mission with visionary business expansion. You’ll lead a passionate team, shaping strategy, culture, and sustainability while ensuring Zorba continues to flourish as a global sanctuary for creativity, wellness, and conscious living.

What You’ll Do

  • Growth & Strategy: Expand Zorba’s revenue across all verticals—Programs & Festivals, Shared Spaces, and the upcoming Conscious Social Club.
  • Leadership: Inspire and empower teams to deliver exceptional experiences aligned with Zorba’s mission and values.
  • Innovation: Build and scale the Conscious Social Club into a thriving community and sustainable revenue stream.
  • Operations: Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and performance with transparency and long-term vision.
  • Partnerships: Cultivate alliances with facilitators, wellness leaders, and cultural collaborators worldwide.
  • Sustainability: Embed environmental, financial, and cultural responsibility across all operations.
  • Reporting: Work closely with the Founder, ensuring clarity on growth, culture, and organizational excellence.


What You Bring

  • 15+ years of experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership roles in hospitality, wellness, or community-driven organizations.
  • Proven success in scaling organizations, launching new initiatives, and achieving sustainable growth.
  • Strategic mind-set with deep alignment to spirituality, mindfulness, and holistic living.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills across diverse teams and stakeholders.
