About the Role

As Operations & Guest Relations Manager, you will take complete ownership of our space from smooth back-end operations to exceptional guest experiences. You will oversee housekeeping, kitchen, maintenance, and facilities while ensuring every guest feels welcomed, cared for, and truly listened to.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise housekeeping, kitchen, and maintenance teams to keep the property pristine, functional, and guest-ready at all times.

  • Conduct regular inspections, coordinate timely repairs, and maintain the highest hygiene and service standards.

  • Engage with guests throughout their stay, ensuring their experience from food to facilities exceeds expectations.

  • Respond to feedback with empathy, ensuring swift resolution and continuous improvement.

  • Build lasting relationships with guests, making their journey at Zorba personal and memorable.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless program and retreat operations.

  • Maintain detailed facility reports, service logs, and guest feedback records for regular reviews.

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire your team to deliver consistent, high-quality, heart-led service.

What You Bring

  • 6–10 years of hospitality experience, preferably in retreats, resorts, or boutique hotels.

  • Strong understanding of daily operations, including housekeeping, kitchen, and facility management.

  • Proven ability to balance guest-facing interactions with operational oversight.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Attentive listening skills and the ability to act thoughtfully on guest feedback.

  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive.
