About the Role
We are looking for a Photographer, Videographer & Editor who can bring stories to life through visuals, rhythm, and emotion, someone who understands not just editing, but storytelling. From festival energy to silent meditative moments, your edits should capture the essence of Zorba.
Important to Know
This is not a typical 9-6 corporate job.
We’re looking for someone who is passionate, involved, and immersed in the process someone who edits with intention, not just deadlines. Flexibility, ownership, and creative energy matter more than fixed hours.
What You’ll Do
- Create and Edit reels, testimonials & festival videos
- Create engaging short-form content for Instagram (reels, stories)
- Work on festival videos, retreat highlights & brand storytelling
- Sync visuals with music, voiceovers & emotional flow
- Add basic motion graphics, text overlays & transitions
- Collaborate with the social media & content team
- Maintain consistency in brand tone, aesthetics & storytelling
- Manage and organise video footage and content library
Who Should Apply
- 2-4 years experience in video editing (reels + long format)
- Strong sense of storytelling, pacing & music sync
- Proficiency in tools like Premiere Pro / Final Cut / After Effects (basic)
- Understanding of Instagram trends & viral content formats
- Ability to work with both high-energy and meditative content
- Interest in spirituality, wellness, art, travel or conscious spaces
- Self-driven, creative & detail-oriented
