About the Role

As a Program Sales Associate, you will be the welcoming voice and guiding hand for those seeking a transformative experience at Zorba. You will help prospective guests find the right program, provide thoughtful guidance, and support their journey from first inquiry to arrival. This role is ideal for someone with strong interpersonal skills, an empathetic nature, and a natural flair for sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins, guiding guests toward the most suitable program, retreat, or festival.

  • Manage the entire booking process from initial inquiry to final confirmation with accuracy, warmth, and care.

  • Follow up consistently with leads to convert interest into confirmed bookings.

  • Maintain accurate lead, booking, and follow-up records using basic CRM tools or spreadsheets.

  • Welcome and assist participants during program check-ins.

  • Share daily or weekly updates on leads and bookings with management.

  • Support senior team members in implementing outreach and sales strategies.

  • Suggest and contribute ideas to enhance guest engagement and grow our community.

What You Bring

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, guest relations, or counselling, ideally in retreats, hospitality, wellness, or customer service.

  • A warm, empathetic communication style with the ability to connect with people from all walks of life.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a pleasing, approachable personality.

  • Comfort using WhatsApp, email, and basic CRM tools.

  • Organised, proactive, and reliable in follow-through.

  • A personal mindfulness or meditation practice.

  • Genuine passion for helping others discover meaningful, life-enriching experiences.
