About the Role

This is a rare opportunity to work closely with the Founder of Zorba the Buddha in co-creating transformative spiritual experiences.
As a Spiritual Program Creator, you’ll bring creativity, awareness, and organization together—helping design and develop retreats, festivals, and workshops that inspire deep personal growth.
The role blends creativity, content development, community coordination, and project management—ideal for someone spiritually inclined, detail-oriented, and passionate about conscious living.

What You’ll Do

  • Program Design: Research and create authentic, engaging content for programs, guided meditations, and workshops.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Founder to develop materials aligned with Zorba’s mission and vision.
  • Coordination: Support the execution of retreats and festivals, managing logistics, hospitality, and volunteer involvement.
  • Content & Editing: Ensure all materials are clear, accurate, and consistent in tone and quality.
  • Innovation: Stay updated on trends in spirituality and wellness to keep programs fresh and inspiring.

What You Bring

(Openings available at Trainee / Executive / Manager levels)

  • Fresh graduates or professionals with 0–10 years of experience in communication, coordination, or content creation.
  • Experience in non-profit, spiritual, or wellness settings is an advantage.
  • Proven ability (minimum 2 years preferred) in content creation, curriculum design, or program development.
  • Excellent communication skills, with clarity in writing and presentation.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and basic project management tools.
