About the Role

As a Venue Sales & Guest Relations Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads & sales, responding to enquiries, manage bookings and ensuring coordination for successful hosting experiences for like minded organizations. This role suits someone with strong interpersonal skills, a drive for sales, and coordinating with the hosts of the venue and our support staff. You will also be responsible to develop and create business by engaging with various corporates and NGOs who are looking for various offsites regularly and cultivating new business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Venue Sales: Drive New Revenue streams and sales, respond to enquiries, manage bookings, and ensure a smooth, heartfelt experience from first contact to departure.
  • Event Management: Manage client events, retreats, and festivals from start to finish with seamless coordination and excellence.
  • Guest Relations: Welcome and engage with clients and their participants, and create a bridge between them and our support staff.

What You Bring

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, guest relations in relevant field
  • A warm, empathetic communication style and the ability to connect with diverse people.
  • Strong interpersonal and listening skills with a friendly, approachable presence.
  • A personal mindfulness or meditation practice is a plus.
  • Corporate HR connections is an added advantage.
  • Excellent English and Hindi language skills.
