Our program begins with either Heart Dance or Awareness Games, designed to foster an initial connection with oneself and others. Following this, participants engage in the Osho Kundalini Meditation, a profound method crafted to alleviate stress, anxiety, and emotional burdens by awakening your inner vitality—the kundalini. Through dynamic shaking and dancing, you will effectively break down energy blockages within your chakras, releasing fears, anxiety, and lethargy. This transformation enables your energy to circulate unimpeded, ushering in a state of peace, joy, and clarity.
The experience extends beyond meditation, concluding with a communal dinner that celebrates the shared bond among participants.
Please dress in loose, comfortable attire to facilitate ease of movement during the activities. We will provide a maroon robe for you to wear throughout the evening to enrich your experience.
