Emotional Freedom Retreat

How long will you continue saying “I’m fine” while carrying unexpressed emotions within? Unfelt emotions do not disappear with time they subtly shape how we love, communicate, and protect ourselves.

The Emotional Freedom Retreat is a 3-days immersive inner journey, held 29th January to 01st February 2026 at Zorba the Buddha, a space renowned for deep inner transformation. This is not self-help or motivational learning. It is experiential inner work.

The retreat works at the root where emotional patterns are formed and stored in the body. Through Osho’s active meditations and therapeutic processes, participants engage in movement, dance, catharsis, stillness, and celebration.

Dhyan Mukta

Dr. Mukta Bhardwaj, Dhyan Mukta, is a homoeopathic physician, Osho Sannyasin, and international AUM leader trained at Osho Humaniversity Netherlands.
