We have two eyes that look outward and a third eye that turns inward. In complete darkness, external distractions fade, allowing awareness to shift inward and explore deeper states of stillness, energy, and oneness.
Inspired by Tantra, Shamanism, Sufism, Taoism, and Osho’s vision, this experience explores darkness as a space for inner discovery, where the absence of visual forms creates an opportunity to connect with the formless.
What We Will Do: Experience Osho-inspired breathwork, light gazing, and body movements, followed by 15 minutes of silent meditation in complete darkness.
What You May Experience: Inner light, warmth between the eyebrows, heightened awareness, subtle energy sensations, timelessness, oneness, or deep relaxation.
At Zorba the Buddha, around Amavasya (New Moon), we create a special dark room for this rare meditation experience, inspired by Osho’s vision of awareness and inner exploration.
