Facilitator’s Bio: Stephanie

Stephanie is a mindfulness teacher and intuitive healer.

She has a BA in psychology and sociology from the University of Limerick but had a calling to pursue a deeper, more meaningful life.

This was fuelled by her passion for witnessing others to heal and transform to live joyful and fulfilling lives.

This led her on a compelling journey to several countries including India and Scotland to train and develop programs in the areas of mindfulness, craniosacral therapy and women’s empowerment.

She studied an MSc in Mindfulness in Scotland. As an experiential degree which focused on developing one’s own mindfulness and compassion practices, it was incredibly inspiring and transformational.

The following year she studied craniosacral therapy with Nicole Clarke, a gifted and renowned craniosacral therapist who taught her the power of touch.

While spending time in India she did a teacher training course in women’s empowerment workshops which was a catalyst in awakening her gift in space holding to enable women to step more fully into their power and authenticity.
